Borage
Description
Borage is a unique plant for the culinary garden. It grows quickly as an annual but will self-seed and come back year after year. The small, brilliant blue flowers attract pollinators to your garden and can be used to decorate salads. Cucumber-flavored leaves for tea and other beverages. All parts of the plant, except the roots, are flavorful and have culinary or medicinal uses. Blooms June through September. Height: 24-36” Spread: 20-24”.
